OK, so you want to build
muscle and get a great body? But are you bodybuilding and getting the results

When I started working out, I was working out hard, 6 or even 7 times a week.
I wanted to build muscle. So I worked out hard, followed the advice of friends,
and even followed the advice of the gym instructor.

I couldn't put on muscle in a noticable way no matter how hard I worked. Annoying
or what!

You see, what most people are doing with their weight training is not effective.
But there are key secrets that work.
One of them is the use of weight
exercises (barbell or dumbbell) that are actually effective in building
muscle. You see, not all exercises are the same. Some stimulate muscle growth
much more than others!
For example, do you know whether the bench press or the dumbell flye stimulates
more muscle growth? Believe it or not, there has been studies done on bodybuilding
exercises to show which are more effective. And it's for every muscle group.
The second secret is to use supersets this way: And that is, to use exercises
that "prefatigues" the strong muscles, before hitting them again in
the second part of the superset.
